Sweet!! I reused the stock driveshaft for the t56 swap too...I had to put a 30 spline slip yoke on it but it works.

A week late, but can confirm the stock driveshaft works. Not sure if I got lucky but I measured everything against stock and I had like 1/8 inch difference.

Awesome!! not late at all, This is all good info. I'm looking for my auto crossmember this week. I'm going to do some measuring to see if it will work. If it does, I'll have everything but the 2650, also getting the trans remaned.

my stock 4l60e crossmember did work but the stock slots weren't long enough and I had to drill holes for the 6l80e about 5/8 further back, its not a great fix but does work.

On the cooler side of the 6l80, does the fluid go to cooler at high pressure and come out at low pressure? I'm gathering parts for the cooler setup, wanna make sure i get the right stuff
