I called the vendor, and talked to Cole also. They both kept reiterating that the update was soon coming. So I, being the sucker, agreed to wait. I think I've waited long enough though. I want my money back.
If I can't get rid of the TM in my truck within about another month, I'm selling it. The TM on my truck is horrendous. As much as I am skeptical of Dodges, I may end up getting one. Don't really like the new Ford's so they're out for me. I had an 01 Chevy Z71 that I had modded and also had done an aftermarket stereo system, and thought that the 05's wouldn't be much different aside from the body change. I can't even change out the stereo without needing adapters, and I've also read that the Predator might have problems loading because of aftermarket stereos(It's even on Diablosports website under the tech info area). Just venting a little frustration here.

 

I know how you feel about the aftermarket stuff. Been contemplating upgradeing a few items, but each time I run into the "you'll also need this to keep this" line. I think the computer is controlling a little to much in the truck these days. I've got one bad sensor on my truck. When it gets wet, the truck thinks its in the 40s outside, so the computer tells me I do not need A/C, even though it's actually almost 90 outside. Of course dealer can not duplicate. LOL.

Personally though I wouldn't trade my truck for anything right now, well maybe a moped, but that's only while I'm filling the tank. LOL.

 

hell for the same price as you payed for the predator you can order a nelson custom tune. i speak from experience now i have a 400+ scan tool. i wish i would have just ordered a nelson in the beggining. but you will like the predator it helped my truck out quite abit. also dont turn the tranny setting all the way up and expect the tranny to last long

 

I won't trade, but it is getting a little too frustrating. Makes me think illogical thoughts. Can't take out 80 % of the TM, sell it and get something else. lol
I just left a message at the vendor to either call me with a guarantee that it will be updated within 2 weeks, or I will be sending it back for a full refund.
I emailed a custom tuner and he wasn't able to get his tool to read my VIN.
It's like my 300C all over again. All kinds of visual mods, but nothing performance-wise(well, I have a Magnaflow and Volant, but I feel they haven't amounted to anything). My butt meter says they didn't do squat for the truck but make it louder.
Good luck on getting your sensor deal fixed. I hate it when I'll get that 'could not duplicate customer concern'. Hopefully, they'll eventually get it.
I had a whistling noise between 45-65 mph. Took it in twice. The second time they ended up by process of elimination, taping up all the gaps in the front end. Turned out to be the foglights. Wind was getting in between the light and the housing and causing the whistle.

 

You should have turned that ******* into the Police. Plain and simple, Stealing is a ******* wrong, I dont care from who. If you associate with people like that and do nothing about it your just as bad as them. Scum bags like that make us all pay more, but stupid ********* dont see a big enough picture to see what they are really doing. I live for the day I catch a thief. They'll wish someone had called the police first. You seem to think this guy is a hero because he carried 5 -45# boxes away. You know about the crime and did nothing about it. Your guilty by association and are liable because of it. You think its cool? Sounds like it. Your identified by your email which is traceable. A detective could find you and question you about this and hold you responsable to get the crime solved. You've provided specific details of the robbery and mail theft is a federal offense. Your pretty stupid. I hate thiefs. They are of the lowest form of society.
Think about it. You work how hard to make money in the first place? and then some ******* steals your ****? Death sentence right there. We're not talking about someone stealing food to feed thier kids, we're talking about punk *** little bitches who need to get thier asses kicked from one end of this planet to the other.
