Question (un) heated seat

My drivers-side heated seat has quit heating. Is this a common issue in 99-02 Silverado's?

Can this be fixed outside of replacing the seat?

thanks

I dont know anything about the heated seats in NBS trucks. However, I would check the fuse as a start.

You probably have an open in the seat heater element. if you test for power coming it out of the switch, you can then eliminate the switch or fuse, etc.
