Anyone checked out the latest Truckin' mag? They did a Bassani mid length header install on a 6.0L Sierra.
The headers look superb, but no dyno results. The picture alot of you have shown dont look the same as the picture of the headers in the magazine. These look pretty much like long tubes, expect without the hook shape of the tubes into the collector.They said the owner felt some good gains, but thats expected with pretty much anything other than shorties.

Check it out if yall get a chance. Glad Truckin' featured a install that wasn't just bolt on!!! seems thats all they do. besides suspension.

 

i might have to go get me a copy for the long trip..btw u going to try those headers out or what.

Yeah, the .doc there.....

It's safe - it's the install instructions for the headers. There is a color picture of them at the top - they look like ASM's to me...

 

I opened the doc and got no pic...

 

Argggh.....

Was there anything in the doc at all? I'll try again this weekend here (gotta get off the net now).
