I just did a walbro 255 upgrade 3 weeks ago and everything was fine and this morning i try to start the truck and it wont. i can hear the pump turning on and priming but after i do that a few times and then check the fuel preasure release on the rail, not a drop comes out. so i guess the pumps bad or a line fell off or something? anyone have similar experience or any ideas?

 

the line that connects to the pump could have popped loose inside the tank.

Sure its something along those lines if you can hear the pump trying to prime!

 

well it was the fuel hose. it popped off, so i got a hose clamp and tightned it up. took about 45 mins with a hand tools to do the whole thing
