Default Scored some wheels and tires, but have questions

These are off a newer style GMC Suburban I believe. 18-inch wheels with Bridgestone tires. Nearly new and in great shape. Got the whole set for $400.

Questions are:

- Are these coated with anything? or bare aluminum requiring polishing?

- What type of lug nuts does GM use on these (mostly for looks)? Is it a standard acorn with a screw on cap?
