The rough idle was making the truck die if it was like mine. My rpms would drop all the way to about 300 and die anytime I went to turn or let of the gas to let it back down to idle speed.

Flyer - the throttle wouldn't stick down towards the floor, just the first time I drove it every day I would have to tap the gas peddle or expect to chirp the tires once started and in gear. Nothing dangerous, just annoying.
Cleaned the MAF and am resetting codes now ............
