Were u running a safe tune? Pretty impressive DSM.

 

same original header, open cutout does help a little and my shift points seem a little high(power droping off up top).

not so safe tune, i was seeing about 12.5psi, 14deg, 11.8-1 a/f ratio. about a 40% mix of 114 fuel and pump. i am going to push the race fuel up to about 50-60% for the track and turn it up a little more.

 

When does the track open up there Jim?

 

Does your camera man have the window down? You can't afford ANY drag at that mph.

Our track opens at the end of the month here. Do you happen to remember the paint thinner/tranny fluid mix? I want to take my Blazer to the 1/8th and still use the dry shot on it without detinating.

 

i think i would go with some 100 or 105 unleaded if i were to do it again.

Wow, i thought that stuff was stouter. I guess i'll stick with my 5 gallon 100 oct with 1 gallon meth/alc. mix. It smells funny, kinda makes your eyes water but works.
