alright guys im looking to maybe trade my 05 extended cab in for a standard cab 4.8 5 speed . im thinking . how will that work , will my payments go lower , ive had the truck for 2 months . i love it , just miss driving a stick , im so bored driving a auto , it was great for awhile now its like ok i floored it and steered it through . before people would be like damn that kid can drive and work a clutch . now its hey i can step on the throttle . lol , so will the stadard cab 4.8 5 speed , stock for stock with my 05 extneded cab 5.3 3.73 locker beat it ? and nothing bout driver . thats not a problem , just power for weight to gearing who would win sotck for stock thanks guys

Unless you put down a fat down payment, you will be loosing a large chunk of money. If you're lucky, the payments will be the same but don't count on it. The value dropped a couple grand as soon as you drove off the lot.

it was just a thought . its time for brute force intake , wait4me tune , 2/4 drop and a set of twentys . lol i guess ill get use to hittin the brake with my left foot sometimes , and layin off the gas when the truck goes to shift haha .

u didnt give a lot to go buy but if you truck is a LS with all options 2 wheel drive you looking at like 16-18K on trade in. Gm has killed everyone with the rebates. I mean take a $58K 2500 suburban a 04 model is now worth $26-30K
