Track times break down.

What would a 14 second run be in the 1/8th mile (9.5-9.3?????)? Thanks

14.0 or 14.99 ???

(within a couple of tenths, depends on 60 times)
14.0 would be ~ 9.2
14.99 around 9.9

sorry if I didn't make myself clear. I meant if I were to run a 9 sec run in the 1/8th mile. Would that me equal to a 14 second run in the 1/4 mile?
