Default top end?????

does 143.6 MPH seem doable.

I topped out in 3rd yesterday at 6000 RPM's, calculator shows 143. I burnt a 1/4 tank in 5 minutes, I was getting 3.8 MPG. It was kinda of scary. Any thoughts?

I have been 152.xx when I had the radix/h/c combo on the 4.8 that was with 29.8 inch tall tires and 3:73 gears. I will never do that again

It was smooth, but I felt some vibrations from the drive shaft that gave me an uneasy feeling. I love the shocks on the VMAX, turn the dampening on and poof it rides awesome at 100+ MPH.

i got clocked doing 140 and accelerating (so said the trooper in m driveway when i got home) so id say that is VERY doable in a lsx based truck.

Did the old rpm vs. mph vs. gear calculator method.
