Tire Suggestions?

I bought a 2002 Silverado Z71 Extended Cab Long Bed back in '03 to use for my photography work and to tow my Firehawk when necesarry. I sold the Hawk so I didn't really have a good reason to drive the truck anymore, especially here in the city, so I sold it to my parents who own a farm and could use it. I borrowed it last week to haul some furniture and I noticed two of the tires were leaking air. My mom apparently ran over some debris and punctured the two driver's side tires. These tires are both plugged but they still leak air. I just filled them up 4 days ago and they're already dangerously low again.
I want to replace the tires on this truck so my mom and dad won't be driving around with tires just waiting to blow out. The factory tires, which are still on it, are TERRIBLE. They slip and slide and groan all over the place. What is a good tire to replace the factory tires and still maintain decent on/off-road traction along with a quiet/nice ride? They drive around on the farm with it so it doesn't see much harder than field work. They don't take it mudding or anything crazy like that so they don't need a hardcore off-road tire. They just need something that will have good road manners and still be capable of driving up and down grassy hills.

Yep, before I lowered mine and went with the JGP 20's, I had BFG AT KO's...excellent all around tire with a fairly agressive tread, yet not like a Mud Terrain. Another option is Toyo Open Country AT's, which I'm told come in 2 versions...one's more street oriented while the other is more agressive. I have the more agressive version which I'm using for my winter set-up, and it rides nicely...looks like it will be good in the snow, yet it's not as agressive as the BFG AT.
