i dunno, maybe it's because i grew up in the suburbs...but the craziest thing i did to my bike was throw a few tennis ***** in the spokes, bend the handle bars forward, and even some pegs so my lazy friends could bum a ride when they got grounded from their bikes. now the foil, dude's got imagination goin' for him without a doubt...but at least make em' spin for me!!! get a couple of frizbees, staple em on there, and then sneak out moms tin foil for the bling bling. 6 out of 10 for effort.
