yeah, I should be WELL into the 13's with the speed but getting the pig out of the hole on a stock convertor and 3.42's is the problem... the 3.73's are going in soon along with some kind of 'verter... I wouldnt be above doing a TB verter for the time being. it was HOT at the track that day not to mention the 20mph or so headwind and when I say headwind, I mean, it was blowing directly from the shutdown back to us... no cross at all...

I got my truck on the lift one day and found all kind of crap to cut out from under it. I cut out the large head shield that follows where the stock muffler setup used to run. Also cut away several different brackets/etc used to hold on the old setup. Removed the spare and all of the parts used to hold it in. The passenger airbag was heavy as hell. It surprised the hell out of me how heavy it was for its size. It got chunked in the garbage.

5850lbs here. Next time to the track I expect 13's. I dont feel like ripping the interior out so its gonna take some real juice to push it there.

Take out the sway bar, its heavy. Like 40lbs.

Its one big piece right now I have cutouts right after the collectors on both sides so the rest of the exhast is just dead weight. all the jack BS is out. the spare lift is still in, I guess it could go. the spare is in the bed with a bicycle lock LOL...

About your carpet...Have you ever thought about just taking it out and power washing the hell out of it?? I've done it to my last 2 trucks, the carpet usually comes out looking almost brand new! You have to hang it over a fence, or something, to let it dry completely for a few days. Just an idea.

yeah I have considered it but its got a big place in the back where someone stepped on a pen and it busted in the floor... I'd like to change the color to something a shade darker anyway...
