i'm all for the free mods, but i'm looking at pictures of the tb bypass trying to figure out what makes this mod worthy of doing. can someone explain to me why this is done and how it benefits? sorry i'm a little lost on this one.

 

it just makes it were coolant does not flow through the throttle body. the coolant flows through there to help heat the truck up in cold climates by heating the air comming through the tb. bypassing this should decrease intake air temperature some.

those of us that live way down here in the south do not need it. it is mainly for those guys that live where it gets really cold. just doesnt get that cold here.

 

I doubt it if it is even worth 2 rwhp but for less than $2 in parts, its worth it.

 

I have it bypassed on my rides, I have no need for hot coolant to go through my TB...it prolly isn't worth too much power but needless to say it will cost maybe $2 to do.
