Default Fuel surge tank?

I've been thinking of ideas for modifing my trucks fuel system for higher output. My latest thought is to purchase a small fuel cell to feed it with my stock fuel pump and add 2 bosch 044 fuel pumps side by side at the sump then connect them to a wye connector leading to a regulator and the fuel rails, then run the return line to the stock tank. What do you guys think about this idea?Would the fuel cell be pressurized with no regulator between the main tank and fuel cell?Would the stock fuel pump generate enough volume keep the fuel cell filled?Do you see any major drawbacks?
