Question Subs for regular cab

I'm not much of a stero expert, but my freinds uncle owns a shop and can get me good discounts on stereo equipment. Anyway, what are some good subs for a regular cab, that don't limit seat travel? I have my seat all the way back and fairly upright, but I really don't want to sacrifice any seat travel. I'm looking for one 12 or two 10's if it would be possible. I know the JL's are real good but the higher ends require a ton of spacing. Thanks for any help.

I've got a pair of audiobahn's 10's with a jbl 180.2,just build a box with the subs on the pass side if you need the seat back all the way.

Go with one 12" Kicker L7 in a ported box.

Tib, would it be possible to fit the 12 in the middle, behind or underneath the middle bench seat like on my truck?

Yes, it will fit. I have one 10 L7 in a 1.75 ported box and I can barely move my seat all the way back. With one 12" you should not loose more than 1.5".

If you put a 12" sub behind the middle seat in a 40/20/40 seating arrangement you wont have enough airspace for it. Go with a Polk or MTX 12" in a sealed box behind the passenger seat, they can deal with losing 2" of travel...

ive got two 10's, mtx T4104A subs, one behind each seat, hardly lost any room,
im 6-2 and i have no problem with leg room, i know they arent the greatest subs but i have been pleasantly suprised with their performance with their relativily inexpensive price

My seat is all the way back with my two JL 10W0-8. I have some pics of my old enclosure on my page but now they are both behind the driver/middle seats to make room for the bottle.

Son of bitch...I keep posting but nothing is showing up. I'll try again for the third time. How would two 10" Kicker L7's be as far as sq and power? Price is not much of an issue so I want the best without losing any seat travel on the driver side, although I'm willing to give up 1.5" at most on the passenger side.

Bigkid: How are the two JL 10W0-8's? I know JL's are great, but is this particular model any good? Thanks guys
