Default Stumble at idle.

Ok so I usually just read the posts but something is really starting to bug me on my truck. It's a 2000 5.3 and it has this wierd stumble at idle. It's never the same some times it's really bad sometimes i can barely feel it. I think it may actually even be worse on an incline if that possible. The rpm's on my tach never seem to move so I'm stumped. One thing I do notice not sure if it is related but the dampner seems to wobble a little at idle but if you take it up to about 1500 rpm its looks fine? Any ideas?
