Default Steering Wheel controls (lights)

I have a 04 Silverado and one of the lights in my steering wheel controls is out. How can I fix it?

Thanks,
Chris

Not a 100% posititive but I have changed my steering wheel. It looks like those switches are molded into the wheel and won't come out so new steering wheel would be my answer.

The switches come out easily. Just pry them up with a smal screwdriver and unplug the wires. As far as the lights go...the easiest thing to do is just replace the switch. It's can be a little difficult to get the wires hooked back up cause they are so short, but its not that bad. The switches are like $10-15 depending on which one.

You could replace the bulbs in them, but they are very small and soldered in there so it is easier to replace the whole switch. I have replaced all but one of mine so far.

Part numbers....
steering wheel switches
01999442 - program and source buttons
21997738 - trip/fuel buttons
21997739 - personaliztion
01999443 - seek/volume

01999443 - seek/volume
21997738 - trip/fuel buttons

gmpartsdirect.com has one but not the other and I'd like to order both at the same time. I dont want to deal with a car dealer but i may have too.
