Default Status of UPD?

Does anyone know if UPD is planning on being back in business? Their site says to "check back" but none of the links go anywhere. I had a UPD intake kit on my 2002 Tahoe and loved it. Would like to get one for my 2011 Suburban 2500.

What happened? They had to be making a ton of money. Did they get sued or something? Patent problems?

Do you know if any of the ones you have will work on a 2011 6.0L with mechanical fan? MAF sensor, pcv are different from my 2002 Hoe.

I had to add a nipple on the side and cut the connectors different - bu ti have had them installed on a 2007 truck. Would have to look at a 2011 to see if it is different
