I am not talking about being part of the law suit, but in getting gm to reimburse you for the price of the cluster. Like I said I sell these and many have had trouble getting gm to pony up. Some have mentioned the law suit and all of the sudden the rep changes tone and agrees to pay for the replacement clusters. I agree, who would want to be a part of it. I sell them for $275-$325 and when the reimburse you that is more than the law suit. Plus you have an upgraded cluster.

One other thing, as odd as it sounds, I did recieve a check in 03 for my Hyundai as part of a class action suit I didn't even know about. Only like $75 for mistating hp #'s, but oh well.

 

I think I got one of those letter, but trashed it too....cause I didn't think it was worth my time. I'm swinging by the dealership today and see what they say.
