Default Slow windows

I often have troubles with slow windows in my 06 silverado. I was wondering what i could do. I replaced the one motor and have since greased the tracks and still no real improvement.

You can use Silicone lubricant on the window rubber if you feel it's hanging up there as it goes up.

Same problem, replaced my regulator and it fixed it. Greasing the tracks only helped me for a few weeks.
