Default Since the truck section is alittle slow tonight, give me some expectations on times

Well, guys, the truck section is alittle slow tonight, so maybe you guys could give me some expectations on my new project. Here's the list of parts I have so far...
1. Lq4 6.0L
2. Basically a stage 1 head setup, slightly milled with thinner gaskets, and with Comp 918 springs. Double cut valves
3. Thunder Racing TR224 cam
4. Airaid intake system with Modular intake tube
5. TCI 3000 stall
6. Thorley long tube headers
7. Stock 02 injectors for now(soon have the racetronix)
8. 2 magnaflow 3" single inlet/outlet mufflers(smallest mufflers they have)
9. Magnaflow x pipe
10. 2- 3" cutouts

By next week, I'll have in....
11. TeamTripp Superduty 4l60e
12. Ls1 fans
13. Tune

So, what do you guys think I'll get in the 1/4? Given I'll have ET streets by the time I go to the track.

13.8's wouldn't **** you off would they? I your faster I'll be pissed off cause I got alot of the same stuff running mid 14's. No, I really hope it runs well just because of the money it cost for parts. Good luck!

I know what you mean about cost of parts. I added up everything tonight and it doesn't look pretty for high 13s. Maybe I'll get lucky and have one of those freak setups.

I would really like a low to mid 13. I honestly think it's possible, but we'll see....

I hope so. I'm hanging out in the forum tonight cause I just put my ASM headers on. Trucks way to loud to cruise around in tonight. Muffler shop will have me fixed up in the morning. Maybe I can hang with you top dogs with these longer tubed headers. E-fans are on the way.
Next is ASP pulley and still waiting on the King Cobra Vara ram air intake. Then going to get it tuned at TEA in KY. I'm hoping for a high 13 after all that. Can you think of anything else I could waste my money on?

Who's doing your heads? And what all is being done? Just milling and new gaskets?

I'd expect you to run mid 13's all day.

BigTex did the port/polish and he carried them to one of his local machine shop for the milling and valve job. They're already put back on the engine and it's sitting here in my warehouse at work. I'm just waiting on TeamTripp to get a core in so I can get my transmission here and I'll be ready to go. Hopefully, everything will be here and ready by the end of next week. I'm starting to get impatient and my room is overflowing with boxes of parts.lol

Keep me informed on how you like the Cobra Vara ram. I am wondering if I want to swap my Airaid system out for something a little more free flowing. Also, I know you told me you had a little spray when you guys came over to Greenville. Were you spraying a wet or dry shot? I'm looking for some pictures of a wet shot on our trucks, because that is what I'm looking at going with right now. You seem to have the mods down. I can't think of anything else you need to spend your money on. I saw you won the auction for the efans. If it would have been anybody else in the auction, I would have started bidding, but I couldn't do it to someone I know. Where can I get a set of underdrive pullies fairly cheap? I can't believe those things are still so expensive! I'm getting a guy in Horn Lake to put everything in, so maybe me, you, Jim, and whoever else can meet up there somewhere when I get everything done up there. I would like to see your truck in daylight. I remeber it being a sexy bitch at night and the last time I was up that way, it looked as though the Memphis area was overloaded with Ricemobiles and Mustangs. Maybe we can all bust some bubbles.
