Mercury needs to fight or pay her off if you were insured at the time of the accident.I had the same problem,the guy that tried to sue me waited 3 years
and droped it when attorneys showed up for court.I had Mercury and this happend on the Garden Grove frwy.I have the Mercury attorneys office and # if you want them.You know the state has been after thoes fraud cases.If you dont own your home or have lots of cash in the bank dont sell youy toys.
They cant get money if you dont have any,the cant even touch your 401K if you have one.

I am truly sorry for what has happened to you. At the same time I am glad I do not live in Cali, this stuff just furthers my opinion that Cali sucks the big one. At least you have good family that is willing to help as if it were them in the situation, that makes anything accomplishable. F*CKING CALIFORNIA!!

sorry i havent been on alot today guys... been alot of stress recently... went home sick from work today... badtimes.... thanks to all of you that have helped me out... you guys have been a blessing and have really made me see how many friends i truely have....
