Does anyone know where the ground strap shown hanging in this picture is supposed to connect to? It's a 2001 Silverado 2WD 5.3L. The way its bolted to the frame it looks like it should go somewhere to the right (towards the drivers side) but I can't find any likely connection points.

 

I believe it bolts to the lower left side of the block near the oil pan
