Seafoam'd my 118k truck and barely any smoke

just did about 3/4 a bottle on my 03 5.3. seeing how effing filthy my intake and tb was, i hope i can get a little of that **** out of there. fingers crossed

Napa, AutoZone, etc...most of the chain parts stores carry it

If you suck it in too fast it will hydrolock the engine...I usually step the booster hose down to a smaller hose, then just slowly tap that hose in and out of the seafoam can so it doesn't suck a lot in at once.

I used about 3/4 of a can and my 28k mile truck only lightly hazed for about 10 seconds after sitting for an hour. The catalytic converters did rattle apart about 25 miles after the treatment....and luckily were replaced under warranty


Seafoam always worked well on my 5.0 but the truck doesn't seem to like it
