Can't get anymore precise than that. Since my truck came with close to same tire as you have, I'd run between 30-32psi in your tires.
Like I said before, my door sticker states 30psi front and 30 psi rear.

Oh, the max psi rating of a tire is not the max psi that can be placed into it to seat the bead.
The MAX PSI rating is the maximum allowed air pressure that that particular tire can handle when that tire is placed under it's maximum amount of load carrying capacity.
