Reverse and Dome lights won't turn on??

Reverse and Dome lights won't turn on??

I can't find the fuse to the reverse lights nor the dome light fuse... When I turn the dimmer all the way up to turn on my lights inside the cab they don't turn on.. Anybody??

2003 RCSB silverado Z71.. sorry I forgot to type down what vehicle was having issues..

I'm pretty sure its a fuse in the side dash, drivers side...forget what they call it, but its pretty easy to tell if one is shot. R/
