Can it be done without cutting through the fabric? I know the bottom is just held on with a bolt behind the plastic, but what about the top? And if so can here's my 2nd question. I bought a set of seats but the driver side doesn't have the belt, so can I just swap the belt from the old seat to the new one?

 

Nobody has ever messed with this before?
