Default rear heat no worky.

ok this winter my rear heat went out. i looked at it today and the little motor drives to full cold and then some. i took that motor off and put it in place of the one that does top and bottom vents and it does the same thing in that spot. i took the motor that drives the top and bottom flap and put it in the place of the cold hot motor and it too drive to full cold and then some. so i had to take that motor apart to set it straight again and put it back where it goes. i took the original cold hot motor and set it to the middle position (has little marks on it) and put it back where it goes and it again drove to full cold and then some. when i say and then some i mean it drives past where it is suppose to go and the only thing keeping it from going further is the flap it self. so i think the cold hot motor is shot but what caused the good motor to drive to full cold also? hope this all make since. lol i disconnected the floor vent temp sensor but that did nothing. have questions? ask away. i have ext warranty but it has a $100 deductable so if it takes a $30 part i would rather do it myself.
