Default rear end wobble?

I was wondering what you guys thought of a problem that has risen in the past coulpe of days. At speeds above 50, under decelleration and cruising around 70 on the interstate i get a slight rear end wobbling. almost like a tire is out of balance. Two weks ago i added belltech's 2" drop shackles. could this be the problem? Should I have shimmed the rear end for pinion angle even though it was just two inches? I just had a new set of tires mounted and balanced about a month ago.

unless you forgot to tighten something up when you installed your shackles I highly doubt that is your problem. I have them and haven't had any problems. but I am getting rid of them soon

I have an 03 with 6,700 miles
I have the same problem after I put shackles on mine
Then I did the 2/4 and still have the same problem
I have had the tires rotated and balanced at 5k
Alignment when I dropped it
I think I have a bad RR tire
or an out of balance drive shaft -
There is a TSB for the drive shaft - to replace it
I stopped by a dealer - they were unaware of - until I showed them the print out
I just have not had time to get it to a dealer
I have a vibration right at 70

I think it depends on if you have a RC or EC, RC's don't need the shims, but I think the EC's do, i had a vibration porblem after i put my shackles on. Now I have a 2/4 and have it shimmed and don't have any problems...that i know of. You should look into getting a shim kit if you have an EC, i think it's 3 degrees....It could make all the difference in the world.

I wonder if the TSB is for the '04 models as well? Is there a place that I can go to or call that lists all available recalls for the truck?
Your problem sounds exactly like the one that I am having.
