I've got a chance to buy a 1974 Jeep J-20 3/4 ton 4x4 pickup for $700(probably could get it for $600) It has an AMC 360(not currently running) 727 automatic tranny, Dana 44 front axle, offset Dana 60 rear axle, Dana 20 Transfer case, no rust, really overall nice looking truck. Now, the issue, I am probably going to buy this rig, The tuff part is this: How difficult would it be to stick my tbi 350 in this truck with a tranny adapter plate and keeping the fuel injection? I would like the fuel injection because i will be wheeling quite often. Now second off all, how much do you guys think i could get for a recently rebuilt 4L60E, and a rolling chassis 1993 ext cab swb fleetside chevy truck, body work done flat black, without the engine or engine wireing harness? What would be the best way to sell this stuff? E-bay was my first thought on the truck, and I could probably sell the tranny on performancetrucks gm parts classifieds. Would it be more profitable to part out the rest of the truck? I really need help, im about to go nuts thinking about this! But i really want to build that rig!
