Went out to eat tonight and as we finished our meal I told my girlfriend to wait for the waitress to bring back my credit card while I went to the bathroom. I came back to find the manager of the restaurant at out table, and she asks me if I own the big silver chevy truck in the back of the lot.
I said yes. Then she tells me we've had some vehicles broken into, and I'd better come with her. I'm thinking dammit, my brand new truck that's not even two weeks old...

As I followed the manager I was hopeful that all thats damaged will be a smashed out window and nothing else. There wasn't even anything in my truck worth stealing. So, we go out the door and around the corner and there's a silver old body style Z71 truck sitting two spots from mine with the windows smashed out. I was glad it wasn't my truck that got broken into, but then I felt bad for whoever owned truck with the smashed windows. The poor guys stuff from inside his truck was spread all over the parking lot. There were other cars that got broken into right near my truck and the other truck that was broken into. My truck was completely untouched, I don't know why they left my ride alone.

A couple of workers from inside went out to see why so many car alarms were going off, but the bastards took off before they could read the plate number. A couple minutes later, they heard glass breaking and car alarms from the restaurant next door.

Well, at least they didn't hurt my poor defenseless truck.
