I put some plugs in my truck today and saw my wife at the gas station.
Pulled up and ask her if she wants to run.
She has a 04 Tahoe 5.3 AWD.
We lined them up at about 10 MPH I jumped the gun so I let off, at the same time I let off she floors her ****.
It cought me by suprise and took half of the 8th to catch her.
We turned around and started from dead stop, she floors it and I do too.
I was in 2wd and she got the jump from hell on me as I was spinning like hell.
It took the full 8th to catch her, we stopped and she said, It took you awhile
to catch me laughing.
I said one more time. Put mine in Auto 4 and went from dead stop.
Put it on her real good that time. I don't know how far we raced but I had 100mph when I let off.
We let the neighborhood know we still have some spark for a couple of old farts.

 

Cool, I'd love to race my wife but her Chevy Lumina APV (dust buster) wouldn't be much of a race.

 

My wife drives an 04 Acura TL, now that I've got the Radix in, sounds like a race is brewing for me as well

I'll be 45 in a few days, wife is a blast to be around. I don't know how she has put up with me for so long.

I know what you guys mean im only 21 but my ex has an older chevy pickup lifted on 44's and wants a s/c ramair. I think i need to marry her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!She loves my truck too and cant wait for me to get the radix installed!!!!
