Quick question about center console
Was there a full console in the regular cab trucks? I was just thinking about trying to put a full console in my '03 RCSB GMC but wasn't sure what all would be involved in doing so.

It's pretty straight forward. Get a full center console from an 03-07 truck, Tahoe, Avy, hell I think even a Suburban and yeah make sure and get the glove box that goes with it. The bezel around it is shaped differently to mate up to the full center console. It's pretty much a bolt-in deal.

Mine is a different year than yours (the 99-02 doesn't require that any dash panels be swapped), but you can get the general idea. The center console is a great addition to the interior IMO, gives it a more "sporty" feel 
On my year, the console is just a touch too low to rest my arm on, not sure how the 03+ is, but the console seems to be slightly taller. Eventually I'd like to get captain's chairs, but for now I just have a small pillow that I rest on top of the console lol.
