Default Question on adding a rear plastic window?

I have been on the look out for removing my rear window and adding a plastic one instead of glass, but undecided on what matireal to use Makrolon or Lexan the Makrolon is suppose to be cheaper and more durable just wana see what you guys are using and your .02 cents

Lexan scratches pretty easy. Not sure about Makrolon.

Both are polycarbonate. Lexan is made by GE (aka SBIC) and Makrolon is made by Bayer.
I have used both products and one scratched as easily as the other. The Makrolon does have a flame retardant rating that Lexan does not. Over the years I have ordered window kits for cars and they have come with both brands.
Just my .02 now I'm broke!
