Default Question about Insurance...

for guys in Texas, and others can chime in too to let me know something, but I am 20 years old and have my insurance for my truck under my mom and it is $250 dollars a month, is that making sense? Will it drop if I get it under my name only? I have asked the guys in the Texas forum but most of them are f-bods and theirs was anywhere form $175-$250 a month full coverage and tickets and wrecks and **** for a Z28-SS-T/A, and that ******' sucks! I am wanting to get me a car but if the rates are too high then forget it!

ok bud, first is the title in your name or your mom's or who ever. 250 is what the insurance shold be in just yor name. Also if you are under your mom's insurance and the title is in her name then tell her to drop your name off the insurance. the truck and the person driving it is insured since everythingis in your mom's name. I am 22 and I am under my parents insurance (becasue their nice) I pay $67 a month for my truck. I got quoted 275 a month under just me and that is with a perfect record 0 accidents, no tickets or anything. Atleast that went on teh record. look into it.
