i just watched the break a few time. right after the break you can see a little smoke come off the front tires. i thought they looked a little sticky when we put it on the trailer.

my loops saved me from any damage. i think i would have messed up a few things without them.

i am thinking about a turbo ls1(408) colorado. probably go with a 2wd and see if i can make it really fast.

if i do the colorado i will probably turn down the silverado a little. something like a 370 with stock heads. maybe put a bed liner in there and use the truck for everything(get rid of my ford beater). hopefully it will still run in the high 10's and tow my really fast colorado race truck. i hope to keep the colorado stock looking and driveable too.

Colorado, sounds like it could be a stout combonation, I haven't looked under the hood, is there alot room? More than a s10 I would quess. I am ready to build a another truck just to play with and keep the SS as my daily driver.
I had a driveshaft come out of my oval track car one nite when the tailshaft broke on the trans, what a mess, even broke the front loop and the torque arm.
