Truck has just over 120k miles on it.

Also, decided to wait until next week to install it, that way it can sit and wait for parts, seeing as I don't need to drive it very often while I'm at school.

Eh im running stock pushrods with the 216/220 lowlift and have put another 20k miles on them with this cam but im also running Ls9 springs..

I wouldnt run an aftermarket spring with stock push rods IMO

You might be ok with that low lift cam if you dont have too stiff of a spring, otherwise i would put new lifters in also while your doing it.
