So I went to the track on sunday (I know kinda late with this post). But in my 01 5.3 RCSB, I managed to pull a 14.9@89 mph with no weight reduction and bald Toyos.
Mods: 3k Stall Fuddle and a Muffler
For the record I was turning 2.2 60fts, and the converter was locking as it shifted into 3rd, I think with a 2.0 60ft, and stoping the converter from locking a 14.5 is in the near future...or I could just STS it and shoot for some good 12's

How do you like the Fuddle? I need a new converter, the TB isn't enough, but my TCI was too loose for my taste. I was also looking at a Yank.
Btw good times for a relatively stock truck.

Holding the brake pedal slightly just as the trans shifts into 3rd gear and holding until the finish line will prevent a WOT TCC apply, I did that before I got a WOT TCC apply tuned out. It was worth a tenth in my truck in the 1/4 mile.
Make sure you dont hold the brake pedal hard enough to actually slow the truck, just hard enough to illuminate the brakelights.

Matt I liked how the Fuddle drove. I had the TCI 3K just like you then went to the Fuddle now I ahve a Fuddle 3200 in there Ill let you know how I like it. John can build it with a special stator in it to make it feel "tighter"

I like the fuddle...it felt a little loose for the first couple thousand miles(although it was the first time I drove an auto with big stall, and this is my first auto vehicle), but I love it now. For the record I think with new tires (something better than Bald toyos) no WOT TCL, and no TM I should be able to pull, a mid 14 with a 2.0 60ft

1/8 mile 9.09 @ 78 mph
Don't have 1/4 mile near my house
Still working on getting faster.
I'm the only one in my town that races a truck as big as mine
