Pulling heads
#2
When u disconnect the heater hoses coolant will pour out and some will still be left when u unbolt the heads and it will fall out when u pull the heads off...just get some rags and compressed air to get it out the cylinder after u have the heads off

Yea there will be coolant still in the heads up against the head gasket. So once the gasket unseals from the head, it will **** coolant. Like mentioned above, just soak up the coolant with towels and then blow the cylinders out with air.

Make absolutely certain you brake cleaner (preferably non-chlorinated) the head bolt holes then use compressed air with a small hose or long nozzle to blow all liquid out of the bottoms. If you happen to screw a bolt down on top of liquid, you'll probably shatter the block.

No, they are not considered reusable since they have one-time-crush sections that allow them to seal perfectly when the head is torqued down. I wouldn't even use one that was dropped on the ground or had the box crushed.
