Default Proxes S/T's are da bomb!

I got bored last night and decided to "use" up the rest of my All-terrains so i could mount my toyos on my truck. Got some pics too.. But this is the first "street" tire i have ever gotten.. all i got to say is they stick to the road like superglue... i only put them on the back, till nextweekend ill put the other 2 on the front.. ill get some more pics from next weekend and possibly a video. haha

Those are some nice pics man! How much do the Toyos spin when launching, or have you got to that yet?

i just put them on last night and didnt want to push them. I lauched from 1200rpms and hammered on it, they barely spun. i will in the future when i get that dang bearing fixed in the rear end.. that is very annoying!! When i pull the rear end out i might go ahead a get a Eaton Locker and stuff in there? and maybe get some gears? im not sure right now. but since i got this new job, it takes me almost 3weeks to run a tank out. so im saving my money and goin to get some of u guys suggestions on gears and lockers.... yea txsilverado has got me beat on the power, only real mod i got is the K&N intake. thats about it... hypercrapper(burning that 93oct), tb bypass, egr tube inside the intake is cut at a slant, and 135k miles. haha Im ordering my Wait4Me tune tomorrow!! Cant wait..
and that is the wire showing really bad in that first picture, and it has grass stuck to it.. ill get some pics of the marks when i get back in town.. 1st gear, 50mph, 6000rpms, feathering the brake. almost got 1/4mile marks, there is rubber chuncks all in the road...
Later guys!

I have the exact same mods as you it looks and mine will roll in my new 20's just as much as the stockers, plus it is posi-trac. It gets very annoying, I think it is because the tires are so new and I only put around 200 to 300 miles a month on the truck so the newness will last a while..

oh and i pushed them real hard in some curves on the way home. the slick allterrains i had on there would break loose and we would powerslide through the curves. now the toyos stick really good in corners..

I just ordered a matching Avalanche rim for a spare and soon as it gets here, I will get a set of Toyo's. Had them on my last set of wheels, they're freakin' awesome tires.
