I studied almost all the content on that site and I think this design looks very promising ...possibly ingenious. Not really smart enough myself to know for sure though. I can see a few problems with the rotating assembly being part of the combustion chamber along with high levels of stress where the piston connects to it. I'm sure these are things that could be worked out though because the promise of so much power from such a small amount of raw material should make it cost effective.
