ok.. i have a 2003 chevy excab truck that i just converted to a crewcab and in order for the crew cab to work you have to have the gas tank from it.. here is the problem..
the 2003 excab was a return style fuel system and the crew cab tanks are ALL returnless and you can not interchange pumps the size is way different...
and it will read full when empty and empty when full... i think the return style pumps are a 90ohm and the returnless is like 200ohm maybe...
has anyone delt with this yet? cause this is real aggravating plus i will be putting a return style pump in my turbo truck here in the next few days and it has a returnless pump in it now... so i'm sure i will have the same issue with it as well....

I have a locked/tuned ecm for my 07 silvy (returnless) that i put in my 03 tahoe (return) and the gauge red backwards..
You can use the returnless ecm but the fuel settings will need to be changed..Either way you'll have to change somethingin the tune...
