Default Problem with hydroboost setup

Just got my truck running with the hydroboost conversion. I'm having an issue.

I got all of the lines, brake master cylinder setup, and p/s pump off a 2500HD truck. Problem is, when the engine is at low RPM (somewhere below 1100 or 1000 RPM), I have no power steering or power brakes. When it's over that RPM, everything works well. Is the 2500HD p/s pump geared differently? Did I not bleed the system well enough? Just a bad pump maybe? Are the pulleys from the regular p/s pump and the hydroboost p/s pump the same size?

just ran the numbers on the pumps, the same pumps also, just diff housings.
Has to be a bad pump, or swaped lines somewhere.

The lines felt like they only fit one way...hmm...

Is it possible to swap housings on the pumps?

Maybe I'll try that then....I'll put my stock pump back on with the HB housing and see if that solves the problem.
