Is it possible to get a 2004 CCSB 4wd into the 14's N/A?

Is it possible to get a 2004 CCSB 4wd into the 14's naturally aspirated? The truck is equipped with 5.3L, 4L60E, 3.73 gears, and the factory 265/70R17 tire/wheel combo.
So far the mods are an Autocal Black Bear 91+ tune, Airaid M.I.T., AEM panel filter (oem style, dry), and a Magnaflow 3" SI/SO muffler with a 14" long case.
I have the following parts, but they are not installed yet. 799 heads, DynaTech long tube 1 3/4" headers, DynaTech catted Y-Pipe, and a Corvette servo.
Am I off to a good start? Where would I be once I get the above parts installed, and get a re-tune?

There are two tracks close by, I just haven't been able to get there to get a baseline. One is a 1/4 mile and the other is an 1/8.
