Like the title says, can you buy just the black rubber connecting boot? I got a part number off of mine and checked www.gmpartsdirect.com but they don't list it. Here's the part number off of the boot I have 25319922.

Yep the rubber accordian piece that connects the intake tube to the MAF. I tried to take it off my stock tube and it's glued on the like a ****. I didn't want to cut it off because I need each end flat so a band clamp can be used on each end. If it's intacked and can be clamped at each end, how much do you want for it?

The flex tube was a seperate piece only on the 99 model years and is no longer available through GM. It was superceded by the 2000 one peice tube.
