I used a dremel for mine. I ground out all the large imperfections and that little "ridge" in there, then took several different grits of sandpaper and hand polished it to a nice smooth finish. Cant say that it made more power, but I liked doing the work.

i love it, every time Hiho post, we jump all over him. Now i dont know when to take him seriously or not. so, at a machine shop it'll cost around 100 bucks to get it done? and about how long will it take for the work to be done?
