Pull it out, place said nail under your pillow and leave it for the flat tire fairy. Wake up in the morning refreshed and claim your prize

 

leave it go to bed, if its not flat in the AM go get it fixed
why would you pull it out? unless you have the ability to patch it you wasting time plus then you have to change it
get it patched, plugs are not the best
sidewalls can be patched but usually not cause of rules/laws, the side wall flexes a lot and the patch can just work itself off
