Well after 2 days, I finally found out what was wrong with my truck!

I took it to a well respected transmission shop in Springfield, a guy drove it and said my transmission was fine, he actually said it shifted great. He told me I had a torque sensative miss fire. Its not enough miss to even set the engine light off. He told me it has a slight miss only when the motor lugs down giving me that "going over a bump sensation". So I called thunder racing ordered a new set of NGK 55 plugs and a Set of Taylor Thunderbolt 50 wires that are 10.4mm in diameter. Ill have to do a little riggen around the drver side but with the added protection of the wire and the boot protection Ive got hopefully I wont fry another wire. 4th one!
